In her current role, Susan assists financial professionals through our partnership with our independent broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., with administrative responsibilities including account management, reporting and planning, communication, and client management. Susan joined OakCrest in 2022 and has over 4 years of experience in office management and customer service. Susan has completed the Cambridge Client Service Excellence (CCSE) certification and is Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
